  • Lexus GX Launch Site

    The launch campaign and microsite for the first generation Lexus GX focused on the luxury version of utility. Lexus coined their SUV's from then on LUV's (Luxury Utility Vehicle). The GX campaign included a cooperation with the leading luxury hotels that are located at scenic drives. The print ads featured a large fold out map of the USA with all hotels marked. For the GX Launch Microsite I designed an interactive map tool that linked to the hotel sites. The intro sequence and all other photography was shot in New Zealand. I am forever grateful for Lexus's budgets which allowed for great locations. It was the most beautiful and fun shoot I ever did!
